2020-2021 School Year Classes Fully Online
Hello! We’re excited to share what’s happening at ICC, we have much to share with you.
Over the last few months, we have been proactively pouring our efforts into finding a way to continue offering our high quality, intimate, and robust coaching training at a time when it is neither practical, nor safe to travel and gather together in one location for the group learning sessions. We are delighted to share with you that over the past month we have successfully delivered our first ever Online Master Certification Module (MCM) Group Session 2, and our first Online 5-Day kick-off Sessions that launched our two Spring Associate Certification Module (ACM) classes. All through Zoom! As we pioneered these new forms of delivering the group session portion of our courses, we delivered the same comprehensive content and found that the online format continued to allow for powerful, intimate, and connected weeks for us all, filled with rich learning and discovery for the students.
After careful consideration, and having now experienced the power, intimacy, and possibilities of delivering our coach training programs fully online, we have made an important and exciting decision:
All ICC training programs for the September 2020 – August 2021 school year will be held online through Zoom.
This decision means that over the next year you can take one of our world-class coach training courses from the comfort and safety of your own home without the complications of travel and large gatherings during the continued uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. You can also choose the time zone the course is being taught in that best works for you, as we will offer:
- ACM this fall in the time zones corresponding to Ottawa, Vancouver, and Amsterdam
- PCM in the time zones corresponding to Ottawa and Amsterdam
- MCM exclusively in the time zone corresponding to Ottawa.
- Integral Coaching® Fundamentals exclusively in the time zone corresponding to Ottawa.

WHAT’S AN ONLINE ICC GROUP SESSION LIKE?
When we began to consider transitioning our coach training programs online to dynamically adapt to our shared new reality of limited travel and in-person gatherings, we were committed to doing so in a way that maintained the profound intimacy, connection, insights and growth that are developed through our in-person group sessions. We did not want to lose this in our move to leading our group sessions online.
We have been thrilled to see that the ‘magic’ that occurs in the ICC Classroom also occurs online. Deep connections, profound realizations and powerful learning have been joyously present in our students taking part in the online sessions over the past month. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS OF ONLINE TRAINING
Having first-hand experience of the integrity and heart present in our group sessions, we are excited to embrace the other benefits our fully online course offerings include:
- Increased opportunities to take our training programs for those who have previously found travel to one of our host cities cost prohibitive.
- A way of continuing to offer our courses, without interruption, that honours the health and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff at a time when health authorities recommend that travelling and gathering in large groups be minimized.
- Greater alignment with our ecological priorities, as the carbon footprint associated with the travel required to hold our group sessions in person has been eliminated.
WHAT’S NEXT
We recognize that this is an unprecedented, uncertain time for many people, and we have also heard directly from our recent students that our coach training and development can be a place where you can find ground, invest in your future, and build capabilities to help yourself and others.
