With formal qualifications in executive coaching, business, psychology, occupational therapy and yoga, I bring over 18 years of professional and personal development experience in Coaching and Leadership. I have worked with a range of executives from more than 20 nations. Coaching across cultures, continents and time zones has enabled me to understand that executive leaders often face common and complex challenges. I value the opportunity to help each client surface and address personal and workplace challenges that are wholly unique to them.
Integrity infuses all aspects of my work and I have found that this frees my clients to explore and advance their own health and well-being; unearth meaning in their own lives, whether inside or outside the workplace, and to share their new-found perspective with others.
I coach on a number of Executive Leadership Programs and have coached leaders from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North America, and many parts of Africa. I have been a faculty with Integral Coaching Canada since 2014. My work has spanned many industries and I coach in both for profit and not for profit organizations. I regularly work with people, who, like me, are juggling competing demands between work, self and home.
After 19 years in Cape Town, South Africa I have recently returned to live on the West Coast of Canada with my husband, two teenage daughters, and our Labrador. In my free time I love trail running, swimming and yoga, hiking with my family, reading, writing and exploring new places. I am energized by nature, time alone and thoughtful conversations.

My journey started with a Master’s in education and building improvement culture in a global corporation.
Then, I left everything behind to follow love calling. I completed an MBA while raising kids, intending to come back to corporate career. But as I did, I felt that Lean and Agile were insufficient to express the potential in me and people around me. I searched for more and became a Mindfulness Instructor. And I kept on exploring…
All came together through Integral Coaching: the rigor of continuous improvement, the courage to fail, the power of presence...
I live in Norway and work globally. Considering my story, education and experience, my coaching best suits middle and senior-level corporate professionals, but everyone is welcome to explore possibilities.
I look forward to meeting you.

Based in London, UK, I head up People and Culture for an award winning film editing facility.
Coaching within an organisation, I work with young creatives from the ground up as they step into leadership, and those at mid-career asking ‘what’s next?’.
Having spent over 20 years working in film editing, it’s deeply meaningful to me to bring adult development into creative industry and to foster working environments that nourish leadership; supporting both organisations to develop and individuals yearning to bring their own unique voice into the world and make sustainable change.
I love to see my clients fully, stay present to what is, and work alongside them as they get in touch with what matters most and what is emergent in themselves.
