Jane possesses over 26 years experience in Human Resources and is currently the VP Human Resources for General Dynamics Canada.
One of her areas of expertise is organizational change and development.
She has been an Integral Coach™ since 2006. The Integral Coaching® methodology is a significant element of GD Canada's leadership strategy.
Jane is married and has twin daughters. She is a member of the Queensway Carleton Foundation Board. Other interests include cooking, music, and spending time with her family.
I deeply love creative professionals. And I am obsessed with mid-career.
My clients are copywriters vying for their big promotion. Graphic designers who suspect they’d rather be barbers. The artist whose day job pulls her away from the most generative place in her world, her studio.
I coach mid-career creatives as they navigate—in the years orbiting their fortieth birthday—this beautifully itchy, stretchy time. As their committed ally, I help them move through change and uncertainty with a sense of grace and clarity that is uniquely their own.
This commitment was born during my former career as a creative director in global advertising agencies. A certified teacher of advanced and therapeutic yoga, I also passionately advocate the development of somatic wisdom in the workplace.
J'offre également mes services en français. Au plaisir de vous rencontrer.
Jason wasn't looking to become a coach. Coaching, and more accurately Integral Coaching through Integral Coaching Canada (ICC), became his devoted calling. After spending 10+ years as a software developer Jason could feel deep within that he had more to give and he set out to find the kind of work that resonated with his own life purpose to reduce suffering in the world. He found that and more through the profound ICC experience.
One of Jason's gifts is the ability to discover what it is like to step into your shoes and to see out of your eyes to the world that you are a part of. Combined with a gentle nature, a strong presence and intuition Jason is in service to others who are wanting to continue to lean into and remain curious about their edges in this life. Jason honors exactly who you are while also having a passion for human potential.
In addition to his certification with ICC, Jason received his Master's in Social Work in 2009. Jason is an inspired papa to his son Jasper aware of the sacred responsibility and opportunity for both of them in relationship. Always with his ears perked toward the mystery of life, Jason is committed to his own evolution in this life while also feeling the call to be of service in the world.

Creating goes beyond imagining or wishing. Having a more meaningful life begins by making the most of 'what is' in your present. I can help you proceed from imagining a different way of doing things -changing what no longer suits you- to making it happen, co-creating a new way of bringing your life projects to a higher level.
At the same time I will help you understand, navigate and build the personal environment you need in order to sustain these changes over time.
How is it, that as we live in a rapidly changing world, so many of us find the endeavor of working with change in ourselves and our relationships so difficult? Beginning to acknowledge and inquire into this dilemma wholeheartedly is, I believe, precisely where true and sustainable change begins for each of us. By honestly and skillfully looking into our situation, with curiosity, openness and inclusion for all of who we are, we start to release ourselves from the limiting vectors of expectation, comparison, and self-criticism. From this more integrated and harmonious way of being, opportunities for new insight and dynamic growth now become possible to manifest in ourselves and our world. The powerful technologies of Integral Coaching™, Voice Dialogue, and mindfulness meditation provide us methods to directly engage and embody this process.
Jed Fox is an Integral Coach™, Voice Dialogue facilitator, and meditation/mindfulness instructor based in the Bay Area. With nearly twenty years of meditation experience as well as a background in professional cycling, Jed weaves both dynamic and contemplative approaches. Fully dedicated to facilitating growth, success, and consciousness development for others, he works individually with people as well as leading groups. He enjoys practicing yoga, dance, and extended periods of time in nature.
Jeff is a Integral Master Coach™. His coaching practice centers around using ICC’s coaching methodology to help his clients create sustainable change in their lives - in the way the see themselves, in the choices they make, and in their relationships.
Jeff’s has worked with small businesses, business owners, and individuals who wanted to better integrate their beliefs and values into their work and family environments. He has worked with artists, musicians and writers seeking new sources of creativity and in reconnecting to their crafts in new purposeful ways. He has over 15 years experience working in the financial sector in New York including experience as an investment banker and financial advisor, and earlier in investor and public relations.
Jeff has been a dedicated poet for over 20 years. In the late 1990’s he produced and was a collaborative editor of a small press art and literature journal and was co-creator of a small, short lived record label.
Jeff also brings his experience as a yoga and meditation teacher and as a former NCAA athlete.
Currently, Jeff has been bringing an Integral perspective to his work apprenticing with teachers in the mythopoetic movement, exploring the ways myth and story can connect to our understanding of ourselves and our culture.
Jeff has a graduate Certificate in Integral Theory from JFK University. He began practicing Integral Coaching® after many years as a counselor in the mental health system. He is enthusiastic about all aspects of integral practice and enjoys working with spiritual practitioners who want to fill out their practice in an integral direction.
He particularly enjoys working with those who want to actively embody their compassion and social change aspirations as visionary entrepreneurs. For the last several years, Jeff has taught classes oriented toward identifying and fulfilling your life’s unique mission, improving communication, creating optimum health, and increasing emotional intelligence.
He has lived in intentional community and has a special interest in supporting the creation and health of transformational community. He enjoys dancing and acro-yoga.
My commitment is to helping build and enhance Caring Connections. As humans, we are hard wired for connection – it is the very foundation of our evolution. No other determinant plays such a central role in our well-being and development. It is in relationship where we come face-to-face with our deepest vulnerabilities and our greatest potential. No wonder relationships can be so hard.
My work as an Integral Master Coach is with individuals and couples seeking to deepen, expand and strengthen their relationships. Drawing on the tools of Integral Theory, Spirituality, Non-Violent Communication and Positive Psychology, it is both a thrill and an honour for me to support and guide clients as they do the essential work of loving themselves and connecting with others with greater skill, compassion and fulfillment.
I have experience coaching clients from all walks of life developing programs that lead to sustained personal growth. Our work together will allow you to show up fully present in all aspects of your life and inspire action while staying grounded. My coaching style is genuine and transparent, with a healthy balance of candour and compassion. I work with clients in Bermuda and beyond.
In my spare time, I garden, read voraciously, create art, and tend to a tribe of differently-abled rescue animals who expect premium care from their loyal servants. I live in Bermuda with my husband and frequently travel to Canada to visit relatives.
