I find my real joy and purpose in helping people make progress in areas where they have long felt blocked. Regardless of age (I have worked with people from their early twenties to people in their late sixties) or life situation, I have found that Integral Coaching® can provide a unique transformative path for each individual that enables real and substantive movement towards their goals to be made in a matter of months, not years.
I have worked successfully with individuals in a variety of situations, including creatives wanting to move forward in their work, mental health therapists and executives wanting to address personal and/or job challenges and people suffering with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI); in every case I have found that as my clients progressed towards their goals, they also saw positive ripple effects in others areas of their life.
For more than forty years my main passion has been in understanding myself and others, the ways we develop in body, mind and spirit and our interaction with each other and with our environment. My professional life has included a variety of jobs from window washer to executive management to Integral Coaching® - this has given me a breadth and depth of experience with people in all walks of life, along with a deep compassion for the challenges we all face on a daily basis.

John is a business consultant and coach to CEOs working with them and their organizations to do in-depth diagnosis and implement “Structures for Success” allowing them to realize sustainable high performance with measurable results to the bottom line. To achieve the value proposition of the engagement, change is required. The types of change include changes in mindset, skillset, strategy and structures for success.
John has been developing and implementing business systems for over 30 years. Most system failures are not system or technology related. Most failures and under achievement are related to the miss-coordination of people, misalignment, or inefficient utilization of resources. Implementing and the effective use of feedback loops are essential in implementing successful structures.
There are no Structures for Success without people who are part of the execution of these structures. In many cases 60 – 75% of the business cost is related to people. John has multiple coaching certifications; Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Integral Master Coach (IMC) and he is a member of the International Coaching Federation. John has expertise in both the technical and the human element that is core to implementing successful, sustainable and high performing systems.
Prior to starting Winning Dynamics in 2010, John was a Director for Citigroup, responsible for implementing global systems and working with and managing people on a global basis. He worked from product inception, design, implementation, and training through post implementation sustainability for over 28 years.
