I have a master's degree in career counseling with a particular focus in coaching women to fully embody and express their authentic feminine power so that their personal and professional lives reflect that at the deepest level.
It can often feel that the challenges and demands of your career and personal life are in competition and that as you succeed in one area it is at the expense of the other.
I support women in re-envisioning and transforming the different areas of their lives in order to synergistically awaken to deeper levels of intimacy in their relationships and higher levels of professional fulfillment and impact.

Cultivating Peace
Often when we consider the notion of feeling at peace, we think of relaxing on a quiet beach or a coffin...Rarely do we consider what it would mean to feel at peace while in the thick of things, juggling our family, career, friends and community.
Cultivating peace while actively engaging in life, means doing the work to create alignment between our inner and our outer worlds. It requires doing the hard work of exploring how we can show up in our day-to-day life with a healthy balance of accountability and compassion. To paraphrase author William Uri, when we take responsibility, we gain Response-Ability. We rediscover our power, our sovereignty, and a new world of possibility becomes available to us. We can move beyond the conflicting dualities of “either or” and explore the potential of “both and.”
Jisca's objective as a coach is to create a compassionate accountability space where her clients can:
- Better understand what is important to them by identifying their underlying values and intentions;
- Co-create a path that respects who they are, where they are in life, and the longings they want to bring to reality;
- Explore and practice skills that will support them in creating and sustaining their alignment through the ups and downs of life;
- Cultivate a sense of peace that is full of growth potential.
