ICC Coaches

Working for several years in an international environment in Service-, the Chemical- and the IT-Industry I was frequently asking myself:
How do people think and develop?
How does development happen?
As an Integral Master Coach™ and as an Organizational Psychologist – Leadership M. Sc., I co-create with, and serve my clients on their developmental journey, growing skills and resources, building structure and perceiving systems, deepening interpersonal relationships and connectedness, and most important developing inner capacities, that allow people to grow their perspectives and develop in their life and work.
I am going deep in scientific methods applying several individual development tools and methods in service of each client, of the teams and organizations, aligning values, maturity developmental levels, strategy, culture and co-creating their interdependency for development.
Ann-Charlotte Plogner serves as both executive coach, with an emphasis in her practice on development in leadership and business strategy, and life coach. She brings many years of consultancy and coaching experiences with business leaders in different kinds of settings as independent strategy consultant as well as head of programs/education of business leaders at Marketing Technology Center, a research and development organization founded by the Royal Academy of Sciences and IFL Executive Education at Stockholm School of economics.
As individuals we only use small parts of our true capacities by either allowing ourselves or others to hinder us from using our full potential. Coaching is a remarkeable and powerful tool to allow us as humans to expand and build new capacities and skills where ever needed.

The need to communicate and to understand the world through different perspectives has been a constant in Anna's life. She worked, for over 10 years, as a graphic designer but the belief that a better life was possible, led her to do an about-face in her career. She started Psychology, Coaching and NLP studies, establishing in 2003 her own company in Barcelona, where she is from. Currently, she provides training and works on personal and professional development with her clients.
Integral Coaching® has given her a deeper and more comprehensive way of understanding this discipline and the opportunity to work as the first Spanish Integral Coach™.
She loves meeting friends around the world, reading and talking about philosophy, and enjoys contemporary dance, music, art and cinema.
I am a newly retired Federal Public Service Executive and want to continue contributing as an executive coach. I want to help individuals release useless weight they carry on their shoulders by bringing about changes that will make them feel fuller, freer and empowered. |
As an Executive coach, I have gained experience working with individuals at all hierarchical levels but mostly Executives, as well as dealing with a vast array of issues in individual coaching settings as well as in Action learning group contexts.
From my years with the Federal Public Service, I gathered experience in Human Resources management , including policy development, service delivery and program management in contexts characterized by the implementation of major changes.
I have built and managed performing and committed teams by creating healthy and productive relations between team members and with partners and by stimulating innovation with a view to achieve tangible and timely results aligned on a clear and shared vision. I enter this new phase of my life with curiosity, humility and profound gratitud. |
