I have over 30 years of healthcare leadership and management experience. My office was always the one people came to talk something out or ask for advice. Now with the skills and capabilities I've gained through my training and experience as an Integral Master Coach, I feel prepared to truly coach and help people find their way out of ways they show up that just don't work anymore. Are you frustrated, tired, confused about how to show up differently in your work, in your relationships, in your life? Do you feel trapped by the way that you've always been and can't really see a way out?
I work with clients both locally and globally. If you're ready to dig in and do some work in order to really create sustainable change in your life- let's connect. I'd love to have a chance to talk and see if we'r a fit to work together.
Kristian became an Integral Master coach in March 2014. He found his way to ICC through his interest in Integral Theory, which he studied at Fielding University in 2009/2010. He is also an Associate Lectical Coach, which means he is certified to debrief Lecticas assessments of vertical development. Such a high quality vertical assessment can sometimes be a very useful supplement to integral coaching.
Having a deep interest in meditation and spirituality for several years, Kristian is ordained as a Zen priest in the Rinzai order of Hollow Bones. He has a special interest in exploring and inquiring into the interplay of the different trajectories of the psycho-spiritual dimension of “waking up” (horizontal development) and the psycho-biological maturity of “growing up” (vertical development). For the waking up part, Kristian uses the method of Mondo Zen, which is designed to catalyze experiences of transpersonal states, as well as techniques for how these states can be evoked and applied in day to day life.
Given his background and experience, Kristian is particularly suited to coach those who yearn for bringing a deeper spiritual dimension into their lives. Not necessarily as an end in itself, but as an intrinsic part of making the coaching topic deeply meaningful.
Kristian holds a Master’s Degree in mathematics, and alongside his coaching and Zen practice runs his own business as an independent consultant in statistical data analysis.

Steady, strong, and intimately acquainted with the complexities of birth and of death, Lailah skillfully accompanies clients in catalyzing transitions and sustaining meaningful growth. With keen intuition and a deeply compassionate presence, she supports her clients in building strengths to lean into challenges, midwifing that which they long to create in their lives. A single mother and former small-business owner, she is committed to tangibly supporting the development of individuals as they discover their brilliance and more effectively serve their world.
Living with her relentless teachers (2 daughters), Lailah loves poetry, wilderness, dancing, and Focus Intensity Training. She is a Mondo Zen facilitator and priest-in-training in the Rinzai lineage, and is gratefully beginning to build an Integral Zen sangha in her community. Giving herself to the path of waking up, growing up, and showing up, she finds astonishing joy in holding space for others doing the same.

Lauron has more than 20 years’ experience in Leadership, Executive and Strategic roles in law, commerce, education and sport. He has been practising as a fulltime Executive Coach since 2001, in South Africa, New Zealand and in the UK where he is currently extending his practice. During that time, he has successfully developed effective leaders in various market sectors, including the Banking, Insurance, Forensics, Retail, Healthcare, Mining and Automotive industries. More than half of his more than 70 corporate clients have over the years provided him with repeat mandates after initial successes.
He believes that much of this success is founded on his ability to build safe, trusting relationships relatively quickly, and to raise the self- and social awareness of my clients, thereby enabling them to better understand the impact their words and actions have on their people. Integral Methodology enables his clients to relatively easily replace their less effective habits with new, more effective, sustainable ones. His aim is to help his clients leave lasting legacies to the generations that follow them – so that the people led by his clients will perpetuate this effectiveness in their own environments simply because of the level of significance that they are experiencing.
Lauron holds a Diploma in Professional Coaching (Coaching Centre, Cape Town) and the internationally recognised Workplace Coach Training programme (Results Coaching). In June 2014, he was certified as an Integral Master Coach with Integral Coaching Canada.
He is the author of three books, Management by Coaching – 7 Basic Keys (2007), High-Performance Coaching for Managers (2010) and Shooting the Lights Out: A Guide to Consistent Effective Management. He is also the author of some 200 articles that have been published in the daily press and professional online magazines.
Over the years, he has spoken at several Coaching and Mentoring Conferences in South Africa as well as at functions for several of his clients. His speeches always come from a different, thought-provoking perspective and are humorous, stretching and fun.
He is also a credentialed Professional Certified Coach affiliated to the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition, he is a founder member of Comensa (Coaching and Mentoring South Africa), having also been responsible for creating the KZN Chapter. He abides by their respective codes of ethics and conduct and by the Code of Conduct of Integral Coaching Canada.
