Leida had already been coaching for more than 20 years when she discovered this beautiful and effective Integral Coaching method. She really loves to accompany people in their next natural steps on their professional and private life paths. She has been involved in the CHE Netherlands (Center for Human Emergence) from the start and considers the (coming) world crises as a huge challenge for especially integral practitioners to apply their knowledge, experience and knowing, exploring new ways of societal organisation on local and global level.
Her professional trajectory has led her through a variety of paths, including community development, teaching, training, writing books and coaching. She has a passion for developing social sustainability and social resilience and is building intercultural networks with women from different backgrounds. She feels deeply committed to mankind and the earth.
Born and raised on a farm in small town Ontario Canada, Lennie has always loved building forts, wilderness journeys, and playing in the mud. Now it's building programs with clients, going on 8 month growth journeys with them, and playing in the emotional muddiness of it all......how cool!!!

Leslie Williams, MCC, is President of LeaderShift Consulting, an executive coaching practice based in the Washington, DC area. She works with executives in the corporate, public and non-profit sectors, and specializes in coaching women leaders in technical fields. She has developed a body of work called "Leading With Grit & Grace" aimed at helping women leaders achieve a more dynamic balance between the masculine and feminine aspects within themselves. Leslie serves as an adjunct faculty member of several leadership development schools in the U.S. She is also the Lead Coach for Duke/Southern Universities’ Louisiana Effective Leadership Program, which supports social justice leaders who are working to restore their businesses and communities in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Lisa brings a rich diversity of professional experience to her practice as a Certified Integral Coach™. She is currently a Manager and Coach for a Fortune 500 company, where she is responsible for leadership and organizational development. She has a BFA in Fine Arts, an M.Ed in Counseling, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. With openheartedness, creativity, and skillful compassion, Lisa supports her clients as they develop the skills which will enable them to bring their highest selves forward with effective wholeness.
In addition, she has co-facilitated workshops on Integral Psychotherapy, relationships, and masculine-feminine essence. A longtime student of spirituality and meditation, Lisa brings mindfulness and joy to her life’s work. Her passions include art, dance, snowboarding, being with friends, and hiking with her dogs.
