Marie-Gabrielle's background is in multicultural business management and global HR management. She became a trainer and coach to support high potentials and people managers in their personal and leadership development. She designs group and individual coaching programs, workshops and talks, and you can work with her in Brussels, Belgium or from everywhere through Skype.

Marina's background is an eclectic integration of different cultures, philosophies and interests. Born and raised in Canada with a strong influence from her European heritage, she was exposed to many different faiths and philosophical thinking. Self development has been an interest that has woven through her life, and she pursued several different avenues in a quest to find deeper understanding of life. Her tendency to help others with their questions grew and eventually lead to the desire to be a fully trained and certified professional Integral Coach™.
Marina has a BA from the University of Ottawa, and has managed her husband's medical practice while raising their four children.
Marina enjoys pursuing her artistic and equestrian interests, as well as a love for the great outdoors.
Mark has been in Federal Public Service since 1984, in management since 1988 and appointed to the executive level in 2006. Throughout his career Mark has enjoyed coaching and mentoring employees.
Mark uses the knowledge and skills he has acquired to coach teams, executives and managers in the Federal Government and for private coaching of individuals. He is dedicated and committed to helping his clients overcome obstacles or barriers that limit their progress in order to help them attain their personal and professional goals.
In his leisure time, Mark enjoys spending time with family, coaching hockey, camping, and lives by the motto: Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.
Martin has spent many years in search of his purpose in life and explored many things on the way; in education, work, relations, spirituality. He found his purpose in supporting men to strengthen their confidence and trust, find deeper understanding and meaning, and get a clear sense of direction, so they can take the next step in realizing their full potential.

Mary Glen (BA, MA, ARCT, PCC) is the Principal Coach and Consultant of Coaching Alliances Inc. This executive leadership support firm, founded in 2003, grew out of Mary’s 25 years of executive experience in the Public Service of Canada and her conviction that leaders and teams can succeed and thrive in unrelentingly demanding conditions with skilled and compassionate support.
Mary’s practice as a certified Integral Master Coach™ (2005) includes individual, team and peer coaching; recruitment, retention and career development coaching and strategies; strategic planning coaching and support; and writing. Mary has been a study group mentor and Certification Committee member for Integral Coaching Canada. After spending more than 25 years in leadership and organizational development in both public and private sectors, Mary Lou now focuses on individual coaching and small group work. In recent years, she has delved deeply into poetry as a portal to personal growth as well as its applicability to coaching. She offers workshops and online courses designed specifically for coaches on using poetry in coaching practice.
Mary Lou and her husband live in the country near Wakefield, Quebec. She serves as Wakefield village's Poetry Troubadour, leading poetry appreciation circles, and giving poetry concerts with other poetry lovers and musicians.
