Bonjour!
I am passionate about human nature, I have always wanted to understand and support others in both their difficulties and in their desires to actualize their potential. The uniqueness of each, the complexity of human nature, group dynamics and the interaction of all these components in their environments fascinate me! I am an organizational psychologist (member of l'Ordre des psychologues du Québec). I work as a Senior Consultant at André Filion and Associates Inc. mainly in the region of Saguenay and Quebec city (Canada, province of Quebec). I have assisted organizations with strategic management and the development of their professionals' and team managers' talents for more than 10 years. In addition to individual and group coaching, I also execute assessments at all management levels to determine future professional development and advancement.
Thanks again!
Maryse

Helping Leaders Bring Positive Change Through Mindfulness and Executive Coaching
Do you want to create positive change for yourself, your organization or your world? Do you want to boost your resilience?
Executive Coaching and Mindfulness Coaching will equip you to overcome hidden barriers, build new capacities and sustain your desired change. Based in Toronto, Canada, I also provide distance coaching globally to individuals or groups.
My book Mind Your Life: How Mindfulness Can Build Resilience and Reveal Your Extraordinary incorporates Integral Coaching® elements to show you how to build mindfulness into your daily life, customizing a path to suit your style and schedule.
Through Executive Coaching, I help leaders at tipping points in their lives or careers, where they need to scale up their response to the complexity of the challenges they face. Through Mindfulness Coaching I empower people through meditation practices, helping them build attentional skills and resilience into their daily lives.
I bring to all my coaching an extensive business background and deep experience in meditation.
I have been meditating since 1995, gaining profound experience while pursuing a career and raising children. Teaching since 2002, I have witnessed the enhanced resilience and personal flourishing in those who develop mindfulness skills, with beneficial effects on their colleagues, friends, and families. My thirty-year professional background includes senior business manager roles and change management consulting.
I hold an MBA from Boston University Brussels, am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and a Certified Senior Organization Development Professional. I am privileged to have gained a global perspective through living and working in the UK and Belgium, consulting to multinational corporations, and distance-coaching individuals across North America, and from Europe to Dubai. My board and pro-bono work focus on newcomer integration, community building, and individual empowerment. And I love relaxing and recharging along the vast shores of Lake Huron.

The fundamental question that drives me is: how do people change? More specifically, how do I help myself and others grow this capacity for change so we can live the lives we long for? To deepen my understanding of these questions, I practice Zen meditation and Chen-style Practical Method taijiquan on top of my individual and corporate Integral Coaching® practice.
I have had the pleasure of coaching within a diverse group of organizations, including Greenpeace Canada and the Canadian Department of National Defence. I work with individuals and organizations seeking powerful, efficient, and sustainable change. I have a special fondness for working with fellow introverts developing their capacities to make a mark on the world.
