Peggy brings warmth and compassion to her coaching clients, guiding them to new awareness and building their skills through practices that allow them to overcome whatever has held them from their goals and desires. She has particular interest with people in transition, whether they be the stay-at-home mom who has lost a piece of herself, someone who finds themself newly single and is struggling with the transition, the recent cancer patient... Together they create new possibilities and the steps to make them happen in a sustainable way.
While Peggy has degrees in Psychology and Education, she considers her life experience to be her greatest teacher. She loves her unpredictable life with her husband and three teenagers. Her lastest challenge: learning to play the cello.
Peggy is passionate about collaborating with executives, managers and leaders in national and multi-national organizations to produce individual, team and organizational results that have previously been unattainable. Her clients benefit from her heart-felt commitment to them, her skillful ability to discern what is needed and her creative support, cultivated during her more than 30 years of experience as an executive coach, business consultant and attorney.
Peggy has designed and delivered leadership and coaching programs in the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, Russia, Canada and India. She served with Bill Clinton as Assistant Attorney General and as State Purchasing Director in Arkansas, and as part of the Federal Labor Relations Authority in Washington, D.C.
Peggy practices yoga and meditation, plays guitar and loves doing needlework.

Hi, I'm Rae.
I write things, coach creatives, and work with puppets.
I've always been interested in how to make money in meaningful ways.
This led me to work as a yoga teacher, a Thai yoga massage practitioner, an artist’s assistant, a sex worker, a beekeeper, a seamstress, a costume designer, a stewardess, a sailor, a dive master, a freelance writer, a marketer, a coach, and a puppet maker.
I think the most interesting work emerges when folx mix their experiences and skills together to create the unexpected.
I am a certified Integral Master Coach™ through Integral Coaching Canada® and have a BFA in Material Art & Design with a minor in Wearable Technology from OCAD University.
I subscribe wholeheartedly to Ernest Hemingway’s belief that, “In order to write about life first you must live it,” and I once walked for three months through half of New Zealand just to clear my head.
Welcome, and thanks for visiting. My work is to alleviate unnecessary suffering (for the willing). Here’s a link to a 5-minute survey on this topic (immediate feedback, with no obligation): https://assess.coach/reggiemarra/.

Enough clicking! I am currently an ACM Phone Coach with ICC and also co-author of Coaching and Healing: Transcending the Illness Narrative (2016) with nine Integral Master Coach colleagues.
My most recent book (June 2020) is entitled Enough with the...Talking Points: Doing More Good than Harm in Conversation. I'm fortunate to have an additional four poetry and four nonfiction books in print, and sent a copy of my 2018 Killing America, to each member of the U.S. Congress and the president (no discernible impact so far).
Before the time of COVID-19 my Connecticut location gave me access to the Greater New York City, Hartford, White Plains, Stamford, and New Haven areas. I currently by phone and via Zoom.
My essential heart learnings continue to emerge from 3½ years as my mom’s primary caregiver, my sister’s 2009 suicide, divorce, and the deep love and humor I share with my stepson, Noé, wonderful friends and colleagues and countless other miraculous creatures.
I'd love to chat and see if and how we might work together.

I coach people who desire more connection and a better understanding of themselves and others. I believe when people feel accepted, heard and seen, they are happier, better able to focus on work and are thereby more effective in contributing to projects and society. Are your relationships as rich as you would like them to be? How can you cultivate a healthier more supportive relationship to yourself so that you can have more impact in the world? How can you connect with others in a way where they feel more seen, valued and inspired? Together we can test your assumptions of what you think is possible in your relationships.
I work with people in person in Oslo, on the phone, or via Skype. I would love to meet you and help you move toward a broader, richer, new way of being and doing.
