I have been working as an astrophysicist, project and quality manager in different technical areas. Additionally, I have a profound interest in integral theory and adult development. In 2016, I started my path of practical application of these knowledge fields to offer my services to others supporting their development.
Working with my clients I love to explore the moments when they become aware of something they haven’t seen or experienced before. These moments invite the clients to dive deeper and explore the new such that they gain fresh momentum, develop needed capabilities and start the desired change.

Driven by her big curiosity for life, Sinne is very passionate about taking part in change processes, both with individuals and within organizations. She has 14 years of experience as a product developer and project manager in a large dairy company where she built extensive and diverse skills in a variety of innovative processes.
After completing in 2009 a two-year life coach program in Denmark, Sinne felt compelled to change the focus of her work away from developing cheeses, and into developing people—to which she now devotes herself fully.
Integral Coaching® has equipped Sinne with new and powerful coaching tools that enable her to facilitate the change people face at the crossroads in their personal or work life. As the first Integral Coach™ in Denmark, Sinne hopes she is the beginning of what will become a thriving Integral community in Denmark.

She supports academics (Provosts, Vice-Provosts, Deans, Vice-Deans, Program Chairs) in management positions as well as other leaders using various psychometric tools such as :
1) The Leadership Circle Profile, a 360° evaluation and feedback tool for managers who wish to explore where their strengths and potential blind spots,
2) EQ in Action Profile Assessment from Learning in Action Technologies which measures emotional intelligence (EI), a group of emotional capacities — introspection, self-healing or self-regulation and empathy — that are prerequisites to efficient human relationships.
3) Solutions TRIMA, an integrated three-dimensional model that defines human behavior through social styles, competencies fields and leadership styles.

Hi, I’m Stacey and I help female leaders self-advocate so they can do their best work. For individuals, I offer one-on-one coaching that gives you the support, flexibility, and clarity you need to have an impact on a human scale that’s meaningful to you. For organizations, I offer organizational coaching that allows you to maximize your current talent while scaling with the help of resources that are already available to you. With a background in Human Resources, I am able to partner with organizations and other professionals in a way that works in tandem with the human development you’re already doing. Together we can create personal and professional change for you that is manageable, sustainable, and scalable. I look forward to supporting you in doing your best work.
In 2007, at the age of 30, I was living what I thought was my life’s dream. I was the CEO of a fast-growing tech company (zero to 70 employees in less than three years!), had traveled extensively, was making a good salary, and lived in a swanky apartment with my girlfriend. I had everything I thought I wanted but felt profoundly empty and unfulfilled.
I began making changes in my day-to-day routine, and entered an intense period of self-discovery and transformational change to find greater purpose, deeper happiness and contentment in my life. I started practicing yoga and meditation, and sought out new mentors and guides. I delved deeply into psychology and philosophy. Eventually, I left my established career behind to pursue a completely new direction as an Integral Coach™ and Consultant.
Today, I help others realize their fullest potential by working with private individuals and CEOs/Leaders at organizations like Wealthsimple, Clio, STAT, Koho, Hazel, Uberflip, Network Immunology, Hemmera and the University of British Columbia (UBC).
I find tremendous pleasure in helping people breakthrough and achieve something they thought impossible: breaking a debilitating habit, changing long-held beliefs, transforming their lives and careers. Clients say they come out of their sessions with me with more insight, energy and direction, and that the movement we generate together extends to all areas of their lives.
I was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, and moved to Vancouver, Canada, in 2006, where I currently live with my wife and two sons.
After working for 20 years as a manager in a large IT-company, Stefan fell in love with Ken Wilbers 'Integral Approach'.
Deeply inspired by the depth and the potential of this 'theory of everything' he left his job and started his own business by offering seminars and workshops about Integral Theory and related issues and graduated as Integral Coach™.
Stefan offers both Integral Coaching® for individuals as well as integral workshops and Integral Coaching® in the corporate world.
As a Mondo Zen™ facilitator, he also offers Workshops and individual dialogue-sessions with Mondo Zen™.
I enjoy working with leaders at the point when they want to make an important change in their life. The change may relate directly to their work, their personal life, or both. They’ve tried changing on their own and they’re stuck, which can be so frustrating, overwhelming, disheartening, and vitality-draining. Over the last 10 years doing this work, I have found the Integral Coaching method to be the most effective way to help people get unstuck and achieve what they want in ways that last.
This work gives me immense joy, as I get to see some amazing people experience something far better for themselves, their organizations, their lives, and their communities.
