One always wonders about our calling in life. My calling is to alleviate pain by bringing about sustained change in the lives of those who seek my help. My first goal is to create a safe environment of intimacy and trust. An open and trusting place allows for change by redefining meaning and building relationships through sharing what is important. This is my path as an integral coach.
My personal growth journey has been through the choices of my career path. I have always been of service to others. From a pharmacist employee I moved to pharmacy owner so I can effectively cater to the individual needs of others in health care. My aim is to remove communication barriers by speaking in a language that the person understands and according to his beliefs. My team and myself speak up to 12 languages amongst ourselves. I also prioritize a high level of care through compassion, empathy and through knowledge and continuous education.
As my human resources and my business responsibilities increased, I pursued and completed an MBA. It equipped me with the right tools and skills that make my insight and decision making clear. Leading an integral life practice also means helping others. I tutor students in pharmacy at the University of Montreal. I make sure they achieve competences that are specific to pharmacy but also transversal competences that would help in being of service to patients. I also take part in philanthropic activities. I am the president of the foundation of the Csss de la Montagne that helps raise funds for children and their families as a last resort when they cannot obtain help from the government.
I always found time to invest in the well being of my own family and I love my role as a wife and a mother. My hobbies include cooking, sewing, swimming and yoga. I am glad to say my outlook has led me to live a fulfilling life.
Other credentials:
I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation ICF and ICF Quebec.
Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching University of Texas Dallas

"Every day of my life is learning and growing experience, specially those challenging days. No matter what comes in my path, I am always drawn to the teachings that underlay every experience. I've observed myself closely to find out what brings me alive and without a doubt, it is interacting with people who are curious about improving themselves. This reflects my own passion for personal growth."
Through out my life time I have experienced discrimination against women, revolution, war, loss of loved ones, cultural shock, language barrier, leaving behind everything and everyone to start a new life at young age, illnesses and depression, going back to school and starting a new career and more…
Dealing with my challenges became the beginning of a self actualization process within me. I had to melt and crystallize again with every experience, to be able to live my life fully again. All the while I had to suffer the challenges of being away from family and my home. What better opportunity than that to actually rebuild myself and my beliefs to match my new way of being.
I have always had a strong craving to help humanity, in any way possible. This has always been the force within me. So through out my life I have found ways to fulfill this craving through emotional, mental, spiritual or physical support of young orphan children, school age children, sick people, elderly, new immigrants, abused and battered women and communities in need of help.
I have lived in India for 5 years. During my stay in India I often visited local orphanages to spend my spare time with the orphans confined there. There was nothing more satisfying to me than seeing the shine in eyes of those children as a result of my time with them.
"As I help heal human kind I heal my life."
I have written and helped publish articles for news letters, web sites and co-authored a book by the famous author "Louise Hay", to support communities at large. To be better at service, I continually seek new ideas and strive to learn and advance my thoughts and actions. Every time, I stretch more than I have ever stretched.
As a Certified Integral Coach™ I have been working with clients of many different backgrounds since 2010. There is no experience more fulfilling, than watching my client's mind and spirit, stretching to a new dimension and capacity.
Integral Coaching® is the fulcrum on which I rest the purpose of my life: to support individuals and organizations in their developmental journey, towards more performance, more consciousness and a healthier living. I have worked in corporate environments for over 20 years, in Brazil and abroad, in management and business development roles, building on my engineering and MBA degrees. I have been working with human development since 2013, as a coach to individuals, teams, and organizations.
I would love to share part of the journey with you and help you achieve your cherished goals.
