Artistry in Coaching
I am an artist, entrepreneur, business owner, independent consultant, dynamo! I have over 15 years of Information Technology Corporate experience working in Organizational Change Management, Senior Project Management, Client Relationship Management, Software Training, Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement and more, providing a well-rounded and adaptable set of skills and awareness of how change impacts all areas of business and people. Leveraging many years of project management skill into a focus on change and creativity as healing and possibility, my mission is to incite and drive creative nuggets out of my clients in an ongoing mission to alleviate the impacts of Personal, Executive or Organizational Change and bring deep color, new and innovative options and realized beauty to their lives.
I approach life enthusiastically and with an abundance of curiosity and fire. I wear my true colors proudly, brazenly and unapologetically. Brutally honest, I am spaciously kind and wholly dedicated to my own development in service of discovery, in service to others. Life must be loved and lived to the fullest, and for me this includes travelling and exploring the beauty of our planet with awe and wide-eyed wonder. I find creative inspiration in people and places, in books and in music (from Puccini to ACDC), in nature and in urban settings, in noise and in silence – and I want to inspire that in others.
I also work with non – profit organizations to offer free coaching to mission based and low budget programs, sharing the beautiful benefits of this amazing method with those that would not otherwise have exposure to it and I am soon to be working on some special projects with Artists In Healthcare Manitoba, who bring artists and musicians together to provide soothing experiences and joy to the sick and terminal ill.
My many loves are my family, painting, travelling, reading, knitting, learning and sitting with deep gratitude in the nature of my cottage.
