Born in 1969 I left university to teach, yet ended up learning Zen on a mountain before I started a corporate career. I am currently working as SANOSON’s COO, a music-medicine company.

Brigid brings to her coaching the experience of 30 years at the Bank of Canada where she led teams and developed the competencies of others. She has a masterful and intuitive ability to motivate change in others with her compassionate understanding reinforced by her sound business knowledge and training as an economist. Brigid works with both groups and individuals. She contributed to the training and evaluation of coaches in courses taught by Integral Coaching Canada Inc. She supported executives enrolled in the University of Ottawa’s Graduate Certificate Program in Public Management and Governance through coaching and action learning. She practices yoga and is also a singer who brings joy, humour and fun to her coaching approach.
Brigid received an M.A. in Economics from Queen's University, and her academic training includes Master's courses in Counselling Psychology at Ontario Institute in Education (OISE).
