Hi, I'm Beatriz and I help people and companies better understand the moment they are living and accompany them in the development of new capacities to reduce the distance between where they are today and where they want to go.
I am passionate about Integral Coaching and its comprehensive and deep methodology. I believe that self-knowledge is a door to freedom and this method allows us not only to know ourselves better but to make significant and sustainable changes in our lives and ways of being in the world.
I have worked with clients who wanted to change careers, increase their personal and professional balance, find their purpose, learn to communicate better and companies that wanted to more efficiently manage their resources or engage their team.
With my Integral Master Coach certification, bachelor in business administration and experience as product manager and sabbatical traveler, I can accompany you on your journey.
People and changes fascinate me! Let's talk?
It is inspiring and delightful for me to see others successfully flourishing.
Yet, at times when I am not capable to live up to my own desires it is a great gift to have a personally caring and challenging supporter. One who helps me step aside and learn to see and embody long desired aptitudes while leaving others.
I enjoy working with professionals and individuals from all walks of life.
Born in 1969 I left university to teach, yet ended up learning Zen on a mountain before I started a corporate career. I am currently working as SANOSON’s COO, a music-medicine company.
I love my precious little family and can hardly express the joy of seeing our four children grow, and us with them.

- Imagine moving on from your past and creating a compelling future.

I love creating opportunity. Throughout my life I’ve had a passion for helping people figure out what is possible for them in their working life. My calling is to support others to break through obstacles that hold them back in their careers, so their work supports what most deeply matters to them.
Originally from Western Canada my B.A. from the University of Manitoba looked at our shared human history. The welfare of real people navigating complex organizational systems became far more fascinating and I went back to university to study human resources. I’ve had the privilege of working for almost twenty years as a Human Resource professional in organizations from small start-ups to large multi-nationals in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors; this expertise uncovers individual potential and realistic options that don’t require unnecessary risks.
Potential is the currency of our careers, how we nurture it, use it, and develop it is what brings out the wisdom and love for both our work and our selves in our professional lives. My certifications in EQi 2.0 (emotional intelligence) and the Swiss Nova Profile (career compatibility) illuminate individual areas of strength and opportunities for development. Completing my master’s certification with Integral Coaching Canada© has allowed me to shift my focus from the universal needs of people within organizations to the individual needs of those same people. We all deserve to love our selves in our work, but in today’s demanding environment it is not always clear how to do that. As an Integral™ Master Coach my approach respects the realities of today while breaking through to the possibilities of tomorrow.
The love of my family and of a dog who insists on taking me for a walk each morning confirms that what we do for a living should give us wellbeing, supporting not only our selves but our families and communities. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled at work.
Love your working life (yes, it is possible).
