Artistry in Coaching
I am an artist, entrepreneur, business owner, independent consultant, dynamo! I have over 15 years of Information Technology Corporate experience working in Organizational Change Management, Senior Project Management, Client Relationship Management, Software Training, Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement and more, providing a well-rounded and adaptable set of skills and awareness of how change impacts all areas of business and people. Leveraging many years of project management skill into a focus on change and creativity as healing and possibility, my mission is to incite and drive creative nuggets out of my clients in an ongoing mission to alleviate the impacts of Personal, Executive or Organizational Change and bring deep color, new and innovative options and realized beauty to their lives.
I approach life enthusiastically and with an abundance of curiosity and fire. I wear my true colors proudly, brazenly and unapologetically. Brutally honest, I am spaciously kind and wholly dedicated to my own development in service of discovery, in service to others. Life must be loved and lived to the fullest, and for me this includes travelling and exploring the beauty of our planet with awe and wide-eyed wonder. I find creative inspiration in people and places, in books and in music (from Puccini to ACDC), in nature and in urban settings, in noise and in silence – and I want to inspire that in others.
I also work with non – profit organizations to offer free coaching to mission based and low budget programs, sharing the beautiful benefits of this amazing method with those that would not otherwise have exposure to it and I am soon to be working on some special projects with Artists In Healthcare Manitoba, who bring artists and musicians together to provide soothing experiences and joy to the sick and terminal ill.
My many loves are my family, painting, travelling, reading, knitting, learning and sitting with deep gratitude in the nature of my cottage.

Together we can create personal and professional change for you that is manageable, sustainable, and scalable. I look forward to supporting you in doing your best work.

In 2007, at the age of 30, I was living what I thought was my life’s dream. An engineer by training and working as the CEO of a fast-growing tech company (zero to 70 employees in less than three years), I had traveled extensively, was making a great salary, and lived in a swanky apartment with my girlfriend. I had everything I thought I wanted yet I felt empty and unfulfilled. From the outside things looked good but on the inside, I felt anxious and confused. My life seemed to demand more and more effort and I often found myself procrastinating and forcing things to happen.
I began making changes in my day-to-day routine and entered an intense period of self-discovery to find greater purpose, deeper happiness and fulfillment in my life. I delved deeply into psychology and philosophy and began to invest in personal coaching, psychological work and other training.
Today, I’ve been the personal coach to some of Canada’s most successful Founder CEOs and to 250+ high-performers in business, sports and the arts. My specialty is helping people create powerful personal and business breakthroughs. I coach my clients in-person in Vancouver, Canada and Stockholm, Sweden and virtually with people all over the world.
A few of the organizations that I have worked with are Curamando, Goodfood, Wealthsimple, Clio, STAT, Koho, Hazel, Uberflip, Lush, Network Immunology, Hemmera, Integra Medical Consulting and the University of British Columbia (UBC).
I find tremendous pleasure in helping people breakthrough and achieve something they thought impossible: breaking a debilitating habit, changing long-held beliefs, transforming their lives and careers. Clients say they come out of their sessions with me with more insight, energy and direction, and that the movement we generate together extends to all areas of their lives.
I was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, and moved to Vancouver, Canada, in 2006, where I currently live with my wife and two sons.
