Tricia’s work experience is in public relations, marketing research, athletics and the development arena. She has been a retail business owner and business consultant. Tricia has worked with politicians, banking institutes, production houses, racing and gaming organizations, insurance companies, construction companies, distributors, and all levels of athletes. She also devotes time to charitable work, which has taken her around the world as an International Ambassador.

Una has 20 years of working experience in Canada and internationally in different sectors such as government, private, not-for profit and university. She is passionate about learning and evolution.
Una holds a Ph.D. in Environmental law and a Master in Environmental Science and Management (University of Latvia), a Master in Economics & Management (Riga Technical University), a Bachelor in Commerce with Honors in Accounting (University of Ottawa), and a Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD Business School in France. Una is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She is certified as a teacher with the Enneagram Narrative Tradition. She is also a Leadership Embodiment Associate and certified with the International Coaching Federation.
Una is fluent in English, Latvian, and Russian. She is passionate about outdoors and nature.
Usu Mallya is a passionate Tanzanian feminist activist whose mission is to instil sustainable changes in individuals and organisations to build a just society. A sociologist & political scientist by training, Usu has engaged with decision makers and built strategic partnerships at various levels. Usu was the Executive Director of TGNP Mtandao (2007-2014), where she built experience in feminist methodologies, action research, policy & budget analysis, and training. She led TGNP in becoming an acclaimed CSO advocating for fundamental social transformation in Tanzania and beyond. Since 2015, Usu has worked as a Senior Policy & Strategic Advisor to UN Women Tanzania. Her role is to effect lasting changes for women and girls through strategic engagement with the government, private sector, CSOs, and other UN agencies.
Val Rosettani is the Managing Director of ICC and has worked with ICC since 2008.
Val possesses 20 years of corporate experience and brings this organizational understanding to her coaching practice. She has designed and facilitated leadership training programs, provided coaching at all levels of leadership, ‘coached the coach’ through observational coaching programs, and promoted the integration of coaching into the culture of a large, multi-tiered organization.
Val meditates, goes on silent retreats (whenever possible), is married and raising two children, and loves to go on long walks (winter or summer) with her dog.
Valerie is an executive coach with an impressive track-record since 2001 coaching individuals and teams of executives from Deputy Minister/CEO to junior management levels on a wide variety of management and leadership topics. In addition to her coaching experience, Valerie has over 30 years of practical experience in policy, strategic planning, teaching, and senior management. The power of Valerie’s coaching stems from the way she combines exceptional emotional intelligence with strategic and business acumen.
She has been a yoga and meditation practioner since 1972 and performs regularly as a jazz vocalist.
Her education includes an M.A. (Economics, Queens University); a B.Sc. (Psychology and Economics, Trent University); and a teaching certificate (Province of Ontario).
Wiebke is the President of elbe coaching. Her practice centres primarily on individual, executive and life coaching. In addition she is actively supporting new coaches as a Phone Coach for the Apprenticeship Module and as a Mentor for Certification Module students with Integral Coaching Canada.
Wiebke emphasizes rigour and compassion to support her clients. She is working on life and leadership topics with clients in both the public and private sectors.
Her husband, two children, dachshund, and attention to health and wellbeing bring balance to her life.

My calling is to support adults in their development and I have made a successful career in organizational development in Latvia and have worked with major international and local companies, corporations and government organizations here. I am known for being able to inspire even a dead man to walk, but when I realized that nor my personal gifts, nor knowledge, nor experience is enough to help people really attain the change they deeply long for, as a practitioner I set out to look for “what works”. I found the answers in ICC’s approach to what it takes for adults to change and develop.
Being a Master Integral Coach™ I am besides those who feel stuck in their careers, relationships, self and worldviews to live a life they deeply long for, or simply want to become more capable in one or the other aspect of their professional or personal domain or relationship with self. I especially love to work with leaders as supporting them in becoming better versions of themselves has such a profound impact on the environment and so many people around them.
