These themes are often not separate from one another, and the individualized program evolves with the client, incorporating just what is most critical from session to session. As the author of your own life, what is the next step you need to take to feel engaged, energized and connected and to show up as the brilliant person you truly are?

At the foundation of my coaching is a deep passion to make a difference and have an impact on the lives and well-being of humanity, present and future. With the current status of our changing climate, there is no more important time to take action in a manner that will improve our lives and secure our future.
As a passionate and dedicated individual, you may have a similar desire, but might feel hopeless that your actions even matter. Perhaps you have ideas, but are overwhelmed at the idea of where to focus your efforts. Or maybe you are completely inspired to reduce our dependence upon fossil fuels and reduce carbon emissions, but can't seem to release yourself from what holds you back in other areas of your life.
Wherever you stand, I'd love to have the opportunity to help free you up in those areas of your life that matter most so you can affect the change you envision.
My clients tell me they feel seen and wholly understood, that they appreciate my strong instinct and ability to support them with compassionate yet directive guidance. They are impressed with my insight and wisdom, and how able they are to make changes in their lives that were previously out of reach.
When I'm not attempting to secure our future, I try hard to be in the present, be it with my young daughter and husband in the wilds, playing the banjo, or fostering my newfound love of watercolor.
