Tricia has worked with politicians, banking institutes, production houses, racing and gaming organizations, insurance companies, construction companies, distributors, and all levels of athletes. She also devotes time to charitable work, which has taken her around the world as an International Ambassador.

Una is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She is certified as a teacher with the Enneagram Narrative Tradition. She is also a Leadership Embodiment Associate and certified with the International Coaching Federation.

Usu Mallya is a passionate Tanzanian feminist activist whose mission is to instil sustainable changes in individuals and organisations to build a just society. A sociologist & political scientist by training, Usu has engaged with decision makers and built strategic partnerships at various levels. Usu was the Executive Director of TGNP Mtandao (2007-2014), where she built experience in feminist methodologies, action research, policy & budget analysis, and training. She led TGNP in becoming an acclaimed CSO advocating for fundamental social transformation in Tanzania and beyond. Since 2015, Usu has worked as a Senior Policy & Strategic Advisor to UN Women Tanzania. Her role is to effect lasting changes for women and girls through strategic engagement with the government, private sector, CSOs, and other UN agencies.
Val Rosettani is the Managing Director of ICC and has worked with ICC since 2008.
Val possesses 20 years of corporate experience and brings this organizational understanding to her coaching practice. She has designed and facilitated leadership training programs, provided coaching at all levels of leadership, ‘coached the coach’ through observational coaching programs, and promoted the integration of coaching into the culture of a large, multi-tiered organization.
Val meditates, goes on silent retreats (whenever possible), is married and raising two children, and loves to go on long walks (winter or summer) with her dog.
