Chris is passionate about helping to create healthy and sucessful leaders who can face the economic and social issues that we face today with strenght, integrity and ingenuity. He achieves this by focusing on developing peoples soft skills, the skills that don't get taught in most business schools and which are invaluable for becoming an inspirational and visionary leader.
Chris brings to this process and his clients a deep understanding of the transformative process along with the rigor, skills and capacities to make this happen. Passionate about his work, Chris is deeply committed to supporting his clients whatever storm they face, using a broad range of skills and expertise that help him see and assess situations from multiply integral perspectives.
He is based in Edinburgh, Scotland, but works with many clients via phone or Skype based around the world.
Ever since graduating from University (Bachelors of Commerce), Christine has expressed an interest in working with people and has been lucky to be able to do so by working in different Human Resources positions within diverse industries (IT, Consulting, Defence) over the past 10 years.
One common theme throughout her experience has been supporting the desire and struggles people have with personal development. Christine feels fortunate to have been introduced to Integral Coaching® and is looking forward to continuing to support employees and managers with their development in her current role as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at General Dynamics Canada.
Christine’s first passion is traveling and continues to work away at her list. She also enjoys yoga, hiking, reading, and the company of good friends.
Christine has a career that spans more than 24 years as a consultant and practitioner in the development field, covering Kenya and the East Africa region. She has led team efforts in developing turn-key strategies and the necessary supporting institutional structures. Because of her intuitiveness and outstanding facilitation skills, her strategic making processes have had breakthrough and sustainable results.
Christine is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and this has been her key focus over the years. Her ability to get ‘into the shoes’ of the clients and feel where it pinches most has enabled her to powerfully influence and lead initiatives (strategy and training) that ranged in scale from small NGO donors to the corporate sector to government.
Her capacity to intensively get to the core of the matter ,openness and still have attention to detail has produced significant results in creating turn key strategies and building the necessary ‘people’ infrastructures necessary to deliver.
As her career progressed, Christine’s focus shifted to what she found to be the core of all strategic plans developed –people. In this regard, in 2012 Christine completed her Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark where she focused on the development and growth of the necessary leadership capabilities, in addition to business strategy.
In the last three years, she has added a focus on people development and was recently certified as an Integral Master Coach by Integral Coaching Canada, one of the leading global schools for professional coaches.
Today, Christine runs both a coaching practice – to support and develop the people who deliver the strategies on the day to day basis; in addition to working with organisations long term planning systems – a combination which she finds honouring, complimentary and necessary. This combination has enabled Christine to pursue her passion of making a difference in people’s development process.
As a long term consultant clients define her as an expert facilitator, strategist, passionate and skillful.
