Dave has had his own coaching practice for many years. In recent years, he has been interested in the struggle many have with the paradox of being seen as highly successful and not feeling fulfilled, and how it shows up in ways unique to men. He explores this at www.thedisquiet.com. He specializes in helping his clients who have experienced a lot of self and leadership development deepen and move to their next stage. As a result, he is helping both individuals and teams move to “beyond mere excellence” © See www.davidschoof.com

I am an optimist at heart. My personal mission is to cultivate, over my life span, an awakened and passionate life. I have an endless drive to learn and develop myself to be prepared to better help and guide the people around me, especially when they feel stuck or at a dead end. My passion along with the skills and tools of an Integral Coach, allows me to work hard for each individual, enabling people to overcome and meet life's challenges, getting them closer to their deeper purpose. When we are more able to show up in the world, good things happen.
David takes pride in being able to create the safe space where he works in partnership with clients to help them first “see” and understand what is blocking the change they wish to take place and then design a custom program that enables that change.
He has worked with business leaders, First Nations, spiritual leaders and the everyday person to help them realize possibilities they thought were not possible. He bases his program on openness, trust and respect. The conversations are confidential, open, honest and compassionate and the client feels they can truly open up and discuss topics that have been previously been “off limits” and private.
Having been a senior manager in the federal government, David has 35 years’ experience working with individuals and groups in collaborative initiatives and brings that wealth of experience to each conversation.
His greatest joy is in seeing the clients have a breakthrough moment where they can see that growth for them is truly possible.

My passion is helping people bring joy back into their lives and find meaning in all of their circumstances. I specialize in coaching women who are in transition, or who are exploring their leadership contribution, especially how to make a difference in the world. My professional background includes experience in government, academia, and global corporations. As a VP in a Fortune 100 company, I worked in the midst of rapid-fire change, and know firsthand the excitement of being part of a global team, and the stress of going through an acquisition. I've had the worst bosses and the best bosses, and appreciated and learned from all of them. As an Integral Master Coach™, I can help you bring the essence of who you are to what you do.
