Dan Tucker, Certified Integral Master Coach™, has many years of experience as a senior executive leading large complex organizations both in line operations as well as corporate services such as finance and administration and human resources. He has acquired extensive experience in leading change and assisting people through transitions.
Dan has hundreds of hours of professional coaching experience, working with a multitude of clients in a large number of organizations, where he brings his concern for people and his knowledge of corporate organizations to his coaching practice.
In addition to his coaching practice, he was Senior Adviser at the School of Public Administration, Dalhousie University where he provided leadership in the development and implementation of a professional development program for Masters level students. His additional interests lie in human resources management, labour relations, and leadership and change management.

Daniel Lesage is Senior Director & Associate at André Filion & Associates Inc. which has offices in Saguenay, Quebec, Trois-Rivières, Montreal and Ottawa. Daniel brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, organizational development and organizational change management to his coaching practice.

In addition to her practice, she is presently developing a course which integrates Ken Wilber's Integral work, Otto Scharmer's Theory U and field experience -hers and the participants- so that each one of the members of the group puts what they have learned in motion in their own workplace and exchange with each other as the course unfolds.

Background: As a professional musician, Dave spent the 90s performing before being recruited to lead the marketing efforts for two successful music tech startups, Ableton (NYC/Berlin) and iZotope (Cambridge, MA), from 2003-2015.

I am an optimist at heart. My personal mission is to cultivate, over my life span, an awakened and passionate life. I have an endless drive to learn and develop myself to be prepared to better help and guide the people around me, especially when they feel stuck or at a dead end. My passion along with the skills and tools of an Integral Coach, allows me to work hard for each individual, enabling people to overcome and meet life's challenges, getting them closer to their deeper purpose. David takes pride in being able to create the safe space where he works in partnership with clients to help them first “see” and understand what is blocking the change they wish to take place and then design a custom program that enables that change.
