“Working with Joanne and Laura has been transformational at many levels of my life. Through their Integral Coaching® training, I have come to understand what “being human” means.”

As a young girl growing up in Holland I wanted to be a test pilot so I could make sure that the planes were safe to use; or a deep sea researcher so I could find out things that would help preserve the oceans; or a flight attendant so I could make your trip comfortable. Of course, along the way in these careers, I imagined I would be travelling and visiting many different places on earth.
Instead I emigrated to Canada and became a chartered accountant.
As a chartered accountant I was able to be very useful to people and companies as I cleaned up inefficient processes; saw solutions to difficult problems and worked to implement them in a way that got everyone working alongside; I continued learning and gathered a bunch of additional credentials in risk management, in coaching and in other people-oriented disciplines. I designed and delivered training courses. I taught at universities. I worked as team leader on teams tasked with sorting out difficult processes. I was an executive, in charge of enterprise risk management, business continuing management and other functions. I was part of a C-Suite and worked with a Board. I did travel — to Asia, Europe, America, the Caribbean, and within Canada. Exactly what my young self wanted.
As I am now an ‘elder’ I contribute my knowledge, skills and experience back into society. I help small businesses become more efficient, resilient, and great places to work. I coach their owners/leaders, I streamline processes, and I help staff with communication skills, time management skills and self management skills. I also coach folks in the corporate world and I volunteer coach with Up With Women, an organization that does work I care about. I sit on a corporate board for an organization that works in the arena of protecting vulnerable parts of our society. I still want to make things better. And I still like variety. And I still like to travel.
When you are looking for a coach who gets you, who can hold space for you, who can support you no matter what challenges you are facing or have faced, who wants to walk next to you as you become your better or best self, reach out — unless you try you will not know. I know what it's like to be in the business world, and I know what it's like to have to find your way again in the world after a significant or traumatic event.

I offer individual and organizational coaching for women who care deeply for our world and want to be an agent of positive change. I leverage each woman’s unique gifts in service of her authentic embodiment, in an approach that is both powerful and deeply connected. With a degree in applied economics and a passion for practical results, I invite my clients into a coaching relationship that is deeply committed to sustained and applicable change.
I approach the Integral Coaching® process with a great trust that is seated in my own experience. This is guided by eleven years of work and practice in applied integral theory, education, feminine spiritual practice, meditation, and yoga. I love to write, dance, and enjoy nature.
I am Integral Coaching Canada certified Master Coach, deeply interested in human development. I am specifically interested in working with people who take on challenges that they are not quite ready for, especially if it has a high social impact. My clients include a social activist striving to change the value-system in local politics, NGO leader changing the alcohol consumption culture of a whole country, start-up entrepreneurs working to change their respective industries... I get my juice from complex challenges and like to work with people who have a similar striving.
I want to give value before I get value therefore I offer two sessions for free (or just the cost of room-rent if we meet in person). That also enables us to see if we are a good fit to work together. If this description resonates, then lets connect!
I began my life integrating half-French, half-Portuguese family cultures while living in Brazil and creating my own identity and I am still working on it.
After graduating at EDHEC, a major business school in France, I decided to begin my career as a Corporate Manager in Brazil. At 32 years old, I became CEO of a multi-million dollar company. What comes after? More digits?
Looking for a more meaningful life for me, I shifted my career and created my own company, Desenvolve, a consultancy focused on Integrating Human development and Business Organization. I was very inspired by Peter Senge´s Society for Organizational Learning with whom I learned many methods to soften and open up business´s environment.
Over the last years, I followed my heart and pursued coaching as my way of contributing to the development of more “Human Businesses”.
My deep feeling is that we are living a New Renaissance age and I strive daily to support business leaders, at all ages, that truly desire to connect to their own unique sense of purpose and express it with clarity, joy and delicatesse.
Because I do not believe in working alone, in one hand, I am connected with several Integral Master Coaches in Brazil who desire to promote Integral Coaching, and in the other hand; I help my wife Sonia on promoting and teaching Mindfulness in Brazil.
Since 2000, I am very grateful to Eliane Siqueira´s support and care, being more able to express my loving kindness in my work, making money and nourishing my Soul.
Being a foody and amateur Chef, I love to be around a table with my wife and sons, family or friends. Santé, Saúde, Cheers!!!

Fiona has been coaching for 25 years. She started out as a strength and conditioning coach and worked her way to the top of the Fitness Industry in the UK, winning awards and writing books along the way.
As with most people who stay in coaching however, life had a way of redirecting and re-awakening her; and what followed was a long period of study and personal development which included building a business, attaining a degree in psychology and setting out along a path of spiritual development.
As she continues that journey she now works with people and businesses who are implementing change to enable them to grow and blossom through cultural and environmental uncertainty.
She passionately believes that one drop of rain can change the world.
If you want to access more of your potential and gifts, to align your mind, heart and body to feel fully engaged in your work and life, I would love to help.
