This program is composed of a powerful and rigorous five-month foundational curriculum that includes immediate and direct application of our coaching method. In the Associate Certification Module, participants specifically learn the Integral Coaching^® method, our approach to human development, two Integral lenses to understand their clients, and a coaching process that enables rapid learning so that everything taught can be applied immediately. To support this commitment, a step-by-step approach to the Integral Coaching^® method is fully illuminated, modeled, documented, and developed. While working in the 'coach behind the coach' Apprenticeship Phase of the module, participants discover the reality of coaching real clients, designing Coaching Programs, conducting powerful client assessments, providing new perspectives to their clients, and developing sustainable change…all the while the coach is fully supported and coached by ICC faculty via distance education.

Participants don't just learn about coaching cognitively, they get to receive it, experience it and watch it unfold, with great presence and power. This module leaves participants able to practice as certified Integral Associate Coaches^™ upon successful completion of all facets of the curriculum. This first module is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to effectively coach using our Integral Coaching^® method or for coaches who want to add a meaningful and rigorous backbone to an existing successful coaching practice that is calling for renewal and regeneration. The Professional Certification Module focuses on deepening a coach’s understanding and embodiment of the Integral Coaching^® method over a six month period. ICCP-2 includes an iterative performance assessment process where, if successful, a participant will become certified as an Integral Professional Coach^™. The strong methodological foundation of ICCP-1 allows participants to move into this next module readily able to integrate new material that spans wider and deeper spectrums of understanding how people perceive, change, and develop.

This Module produces advanced shifts in participants’ coaching work and personal development. Methodological frameworks, five Integral lenses, “looking as” the client, while being informed by their AQAL Constellation, Integral Practices, one-on-one coaching, large and small group learning, and reflection time are all incorporated. And, rather than a certification method of “absorb over time and then prove yourself at the end,” we have developed a unique, rigorous certification process that occurs throughout the six months. In other words, these modules reflect our Integral Coaching^® approach in their very design. The coach’s advanced skills manifest over the term of the program, continuous competency development is assessed, and the faculty team on an ongoing basis provides useful feedback. Our classroom sizes are small and with Integral Master Coaches^™ leading the program, there is a high level of instructor-student interaction. Graduates will be able to demonstrate a Professional level of embodiment of our Integral Coaching^® method. The final ICCP module brings all aspects of the Integral Coaching^® method and practice to deeper, profound, and more subtle levels of embodiment over a seven month, highly interactive period. ICCP-3 includes a powerful, iterative certification process and final embodiment exam, where, if successful, a participant will become certified as an Integral Master Coach^™, joining our global Integral Coaching^® Consortium made up of members who have completed the entire Integral Coaching® Certification Program (ICCP). The incredibly powerful methodological foundation of ICCP-2 allows coaches to readily enter the Master Module and become agile with material that spans more subtle capacities of understanding and working with human development. It is at this level that coaches experience and demonstrate the integration of paradoxes such as intuition and rigor, art and science, preparation and spontaneity, form and flow, intimacy and accuracy, presence and perspective.

This Module produces profound shifts in any coach’s practice and personal development. Subtle methodological frameworks, six Integral lenses, working intimately with clients’ Current Ways of Being and New Ways of Being, customized designs with laser focus and broad impact, bodywork, Integral Practices, one-on-one coaching, intimate group learning, and the cultivating of powerful capacities to be present, clear, and incisive. Successful graduates will be able to demonstrate an exemplary level of mastery and the most advanced embodiment of this method.
