I coach leaders working in the realms of environmental and social justice. Having trained as an Integral Master Coach™ and conflict mediator, I support clients in navigating both internal and external struggles with more professionalism, resiliency and ease. I’m inspired to work with people who are in the midst of generating positive change in our world and individuals grappling with how to fully show up & meet each moment as they seek personal change.
My journey of development unfolds in many layers, and at the heart of it, I’ve uncovered a pursuit of peace. A shift from compartmentalizing - to bringing together all my greatest passions. Human development, social movement, ridiculous humor, story telling and planet earth.
Home for me is Wakefield Québec. If I’m not swimming in the Gatineau river, you’ll find me flying through the forest on my cross country skis.

As a Master Coach and social entrepreneur, mediator and process facilitator, I dedicate my skills, energy and time in service to humans in search of purpose, making a meaningful contribution to Life, joy, deeper connections, standing on their own two feet and fully expressing their creativity and ventures into the world. My goal in life is to help myself and other individuals to create a more sustainable world for this and the next generation, through promoting authentic connections, creative thinking and expression, collaboration and conflict transformation that embraces whole individuals and groups.
In addition to Integral CoachingTM, my other tools to create change with organizational and individual clients include Systemic Constellations, the Thinking EnviromentTM, Theory U, Deep Democracy and 20 years experience as a lawyer, facilitator, mediator, project developer and professional negotiator working with NGOs, policy makers, environmental justice professionals, civil servants in international organizations, community leaders, academics and private sector managers and decision makers, and women entrepreneurs .
I live between Brazil and the Netherlands with my husband, coaching in person and online, and I love dancing, singing (currently working on an album), scuba-diving and nature walking. Having trained as a lawyer, I have a BA, LLM and PhD in Law and an MBA in Responsible Leadership.

Barbara is a specialist in the process of change. She recognized her passion for human development as an undergraduate and it became her life’s work, first as a psychotherapist for 25 years and now as a coach. Her experience includes teaching in professional development divisions of universities and state agencies as well as consulting in the private and non-profit sectors. Seeking to understand spiritual development, Barbara completed a Masters of Divinity degree in 2003 and with it a certificate in spiritual direction. She included Integral Theory in her studies which became the map that guides her work. Barbara is co-founder with ICC colleague Claire Molinard, of the Unique Self Emergence Process. This psychospirtual development process uses the Unqiue Self Teachings as its major framework. In addition to working with indivduals to discover their unique selves, Barbara and Claire teach the USE Process to coaches, therapist, consultants, spiritual directors and body workers.

Bart applies the integral framework in executive coaching, organisational consulting and corporate facilitation. His organizational and leadership work is supported by two decades of corporate experience in Asia Pacific (IT & business consultancy, BU head for Fortune 200, co-founding partner of an IT niche player in Asia). His clients include major players in technology & telecom, finance, banking & insurance, manufacturing, resources, supply chain and government agencies amongst others.
Bart’s internationalism stretches from Antwerp over Doha to Cape Town, Sydney to Hong Kong, Delhi to Shanghai.
His corporate career has shaped his view for an urgent and integrally informed approach to Human Capital. As Otto Scharmer states: “the blind spot [regarding leadership] concerns not the what and how – not what leaders do and how they do it – but the who: who we are and the inner place or source from which we operate, both individually and collectively.”
