An unlikely Certified Integral Master Coach™, perhaps. Capable of helping you and others build awareness and thrive for positive and sustainable change with respect to your way of being and what you or your business longs for… you bet!
My path to Integral Coaching came after over 20 years of corporate commercial banking and insurance work. Maybe hard to believe, but I’m still smiling and enjoying leading teams of Insurance related subject matter experts at Export Development Canada, in Ottawa. I’ve been helping individual contributors evolve since I became a leader in 2003 and have been employing the ICC method since 2013. As I make more room for coaching individuals and teams in my life (2+ Coaching), I do so with passion, integrity and a brand that, well, is lighthearted and that clients seem to enjoy. Even if our work leads to difficult insights, healing or growth, I’ll be holding you through the discomfort and pain.
Although coaching is always in my head, you may be interested to know that when away from work, you can find me with my wife and three kids, playing ultimate Frisbee, basketball, or board games, and never too far from some source of music. I am fluently bilingual in French and English and look forward to your call.
