Ilana Sultan-Benzaquen is a sought-after business and executive coach with a reputation for producing solid results. She has successfully helped both government and businesses generate the results required to succeed. Working as well with non-profits and military clients, she has earned respect for developing leadership capacity and adaptability, improving productivity, managing and navigating change creatively and improving overall effectiveness, while at the same time bringing to the table fresh and innovative viewpoints.
With insightful and intuitive understanding that results are a function of mindset and attitude, Ilana enables the necessary shift in thinking so organizations can leverage uncertainty, using it as a catalyst to create competitive advantage. Her unique perspective and passion for her profession paved the way for Ilana to found WorldCoaching, a consulting company committed to leadership and organizational development.
Many business owners and executives need someone on the outside to point out blind spots that are negatively impacting their results. By focusing on their unique strengths - rather than shortcomings - Ilana’s clients are able to remove ceilings and accelerate results. Progress comes through focusing on the inspired paradigm shifts that are designed through a coaching program and interventions. Current conditions make it difficult for businesses to point out where blind spots exist; illuminating them can be the difference between success and failure and can literally lead to a dominating position. Ilana’s process is about facilitating that paradigm shift to make a successful outcome predictable and profitable.
For Ilana, her success is achieved when her clients succeed.

Jacqui is the mother of three fantastic teenagers and spent 12 years raising babies and caring for elderly parents concurrently. At 40 she created the space in her life to attend university where she achieved a BA (Psych) and while there discovered Integral Theory. These two events combined with significant spiritual growth to put her on a new path and the journey towards being an Integral Master Coach began.
As a coach Jacqui is particularly aware of the dynamics of family, care giving, burnout, growth, identity, roles and the change of the individual within a family system. She is also enthusiastic about facilitating creative new ways within the whole family system.
Jacqui is passionate about spiritual journeys of all kinds and works compassionately with crises of faith, dark nights of the soul and the transformation these involve.
Jacqui is an eternal wannabe and is currently exploring glass art, piano playing and gardening for the kitchen. She is rather more committed to yoga, meditation practice, environmental issues, her own spiritual development and of course the ever evolving family and menagerie at home.

Jamie is a transformational coach, nature-inspired mindfulness teacher, and strategic advisor. As a nature-inspired mindfulness teacher, Jamie designs experiences in which groups explore impermanence, the experience of art (what effect does it have on you?), and the link with performance. With a background in strategy and organizational development consulting and as a senior faculty member with NOLS, Jamie has worked with clients such as: The Gates Foundation, Google, and Greenpeace. BA from Williams College. MBA, on a full-tuition fellowship, from Cornell. (http://jamiehunt.org.)
Jamie is a change agent and healing artist living in Burlington Vermont. He offers Coaching, Holistic Bodywork, and Meditation Instruction to help people take full advantage of their bodies and minds. By working with Integral Coaching Canada's profound methodology, he strives to help people uncover their deepest gifts and translate them into meaningful action. He began studying bodywork at the Kripalu School of Massage in 2009, specializing in Craniosacral Therapy and other somatic practices to help people release tension and develop full body awareness. He has also passionately practiced Vajrayana Buddhist meditation and Shamanism over the past decade. Not surprisingly he loves to help people transform their relationships with their bodies, and follow their spiritual longings and curiosities further. However, his work also focuses heavily on the pragmatic elements of personal growth and development. These include: how to manage time and projects more effectively, find flow, and inspiration in the midst of the daily grind, and discover new, efficient ways to get things done. By balancing the practical and transcendent, he hopes to help people experience grounded structure and wild creativity in their lives.
