Hello Friend! I am passionate about meaningful change. This realization came from working through my own life changes; 20+ years designing, implementing, and leading change in organizations; and coaching leaders to lead change. For sustainability, I know that all outer change requires an inner change. Something in us needs to grow, develop, let go or transcend. I also know this is easier said than done. I chose the Integral Coaching process because it supports all this… and more.
