ICC Coaches
Whether you are in a leadership position, an entrepreneur, or part of an (executive) team, a lot is asked of you. The need to perform, to connect and communicate, to transform and build. To think strategically and be emotionally intelligent. As your leadership coach, I am here to help you accelerate your development in those areas that are important to you.
Because we all struggle at one time or another with the question of how good we can become. How to reach our full potential. Because we all face challenges from time to time. At a point where our current way of being does not support us in achieving our goals. Where our life or career is turning out differently than we envisioned. Where we are not finding joy or fulfillment. It does not have to be that way.
My question to you is: what will you do? Do you keep pushing yourself in the hope that things will change for the better? Or do you step up and start working on it, stretching yourself to grow? I can help you discover what makes you good and help you unlock your full potential. To have empowering beliefs and develop new skills. And thus help you transform to a new way of being.
I have a clear goal in mind. I want to help people like you make lasting changes with positive impact. Impact on themselves, their team, and their business. As an executive coach, I help leaders understand how their way of thinking and acting can have unintended effects on their environment and results. And I offer them the tools to make positive behavioral changes themselves.
I offer my services on a 1-on-1 basis and for management teams. Feel free to contact me for an intake or to discuss possibilities for collaboration.

After many years of coaching and consulting, I've recently honed the focus of my Integral Coaching™ practice to helping women fulfill their personal, professional & creative longings. I believe that fulfillment of those longings (however grand or intimate) are a burgeoning part of the beauty, truth, and goodness the world needs now. I'm here to help you move beyond mere goal setting — to be your guide as you steer skillfully into the territory of what is deeply meaningful to you. Just how fully has success brought you fulfillment?
There, in that space between success and fulfillment, is where our longings spring from. Some longings burn with specificity, and others show up as a nagging emptiness. I see longings as a conversation between our heart's desire and life's calling. Some of us who have experienced an advantage of one kind or another are longing to leverage that privilege on behalf of others somehow . . . Lyedie, April 2016 (The Longings Project)
Perhaps you are hearing the clarion call of mid-life, the call of the Maga?
The Maga is a new term for a new phase of women's lives. One that is opening up on account of our extended life expectancy and the health, radiance, and vitality that is available to us now in our mid-century years. No other generation in the history of humanity has had this phase so available to them. In a very real sense we are pioneers as we learn to live into this exquisite and potentially wonderful time in our lives.
Like each phase of women's lives, the Maga phase calls forth specific challenges and opportunities. From years of research, working alongside thousands of women, and from my own personal experience, I've discovered some things about the longings of the Maga.
Click here to learn more about some of the specific desires and calls of the Maga, or here to learn more about the other phases of women's lives.
